Abstract
International migration is a global challenge today. The objective of this paper is to critically discuss the main contemporary issues of international migration in Serbia while relying on various statistical data sources and selected empirical studies. The paper argues that the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has sharpened migration-related challenges in Serbia.
