Abstract

Given article deals with the issues of international affairs stemmed from the lending relationships between South-Eastern European countries and foreign creditors (in particular, international organizations). The risks of external indebtedness are considered not only in the frames of national financial position but also by the influence of geo-economic powers on decision-making process in the field of state economic policy.
