Abstract

The development of smart tourism increasingly relies on decentralized digital technologies that transform the delivery of tourism services. While these systems contribute to greater efficiency and transparency, they simultaneously raise new legal and security challenges. The aim of this paper is to analyze the limitations of tourist protection in decentralized digital environments, with particular focus on issues of responsibility and legal certainty
